Kyle Painting Pros provides residential and commercial painting services in Hays County, Texas, and surrounding areas. Our services include, but are not limited to, interior painting, exterior painting, cabinet painting and refinishing, deck and fence staining, drywall repair, power washing, and color consultation.

Estimates and Pricing

• All estimates provided are free, non-binding, and based on the information available at the time of the assessment.
• Final pricing may vary based on actual project conditions, changes in scope, or unforeseen circumstances discovered during the project.
• Any changes to the original scope of work will be communicated and agreed upon in writing before additional work begins.
• Online calculators and estimators on our website provide approximate figures for planning purposes only and do not constitute a formal quote.

Scheduling and Cancellation

• Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, or other factors beyond our control.
• We will communicate any schedule changes as promptly as possible.
• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Payment Terms

• Final payment is due upon project completion and your satisfaction with the work.
• We accept cash, checks, credit cards, and electronic payment methods.

Warranty and Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. Our painting services come with a workmanship warranty. The specific warranty terms and duration will be outlined in your project contract. This warranty covers defects in our workmanship, including peeling, blistering, or flaking that results from improper application. The warranty does not cover damage caused by the homeowner, natural disasters, structural issues, or normal wear and tear.

Property Access and Preparation

• You agree to provide reasonable access to the work area during the scheduled project dates.
• We will take reasonable precautions to protect your property, including covering floors, furniture, and landscaping.
• We ask that you remove or secure valuable items, fragile objects, and personal belongings from the work area before the project begins.
• Pets should be kept away from the work area for their safety and ours.

Limitation of Liability

Kyle Painting Pros maintains general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions of the property, including but not limited to structural defects, hidden water damage, mold, lead paint, or asbestos. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
