The stucco had several hairline cracks that needed repair before painting. The existing tan color blended into the limestone accents, making the home look flat and monochromatic. The HOA had specific approved color guidelines that limited options.
Our color consultant worked within the HOA palette to create a scheme that complemented the native limestone accents rather than competing with them. All stucco cracks were sealed with elastomeric caulk. We applied Sherwin-Williams Loxon masonry primer followed by two coats of Duration exterior paint.
