The south- and west-facing elevations had extensive paint failure due to years of intense Texas sun exposure. Multiple sections of wood trim showed early signs of rot, and the original color scheme clashed with the neighborhood's updated homes.
We power washed the entire exterior, scraped and sanded all failing paint, replaced rotted trim boards, applied exterior-grade primer to all bare wood, and finished with two coats of Sherwin-Williams Duration exterior paint. The new color scheme gave the home a modern craftsman aesthetic.
